Manhattan Associates Achieves Renewal of ISO 9001:2000 Certification
Company Demonstrates Rigorous Attention to Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction
HOUSTON and ATLANTA, July 21, 2004 - SGS International Certification Services, Inc., (SGS ICS) and Manhattan Associates®, Inc. (Nasdaq: MANH), the global leader in supply chain execution (SCE) and optimization solutions, are pleased to announce the successful renewal of Manhattan Associates' ISO 9001:2000 quality registration.
The ISO 9001:2000 certification is recognized internationally as a standard for quality management. Renewal of the certification requires continual development and improvement of busines/ processes for delivering solutions and services, and reducing costs by eliminating redundant activities. The certification follows the successful audit of key Manhattan Associates offices in the United States and internationally.
